Daniel J. Mol’s clients are well served by his ability to get to the heart of an issue, his flair for

superior courts of Alberta and British Columbia.

once, as counsel, before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to commencing full time legal practice in 2005, Mr. Mol earned degrees in history (B.A. with
distinction, Augustana University College, 2001), international politics (M.Sc.Econ., University of
Wales,
Aberystwyth, 2003) and law (LL.B. (now J.D.), University of Alberta Faculty of Law, 2005).
A member of the Law Societies of Alberta (2006) and British Columbia (2021), Mr. Mol occasionally writes
and speaks on issues of legal practice and theory.
